Digital Products

All products sold by Crochet Flower Studio are digital products. No physical items are shipped.

Because digital files can be accessed or downloaded immediately after purchase, all sales are generally considered final once the product has been delivered, accessed, or downloaded.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are not normally provided for:

  • Change of mind
  • Accidental purchases
  • Failure to read the product description
  • Incompatibility with a customer’s device, software, printer, or application
  • Duplicate purchases made by the customer

Technical Problems

If you receive a corrupted file, an incorrect file, or experience a genuine technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchase, please contact us.
